Hi Jeff,

I don't know if you have any interest in meeting my St Thomas client, but since the two of you are both in the same line of work and have offices in the same building in Red Hook.

Charles Kim owns Alpine Securities. He made a few hundred million in the energy market. I oversee his properties on St Thomas. He is a super nice guy. Very connected on the island.

Like I said, I have no clue if the two of you have any things you could help each other with, but I just wanted to make the introduction
