Almost inconceivable. But if it=could be done, I think there would be far more important uses — li=e changing the genes for dedicated savagery and lack of concern for the welfare or even security of the population on the part of that sec=or of educated elite that reaches positions of power.

First question is whether the facts h=ve any significance. Second is what is the explanation. Answer to the first is that they don't. They have no scientific int=rest, and they tell us nothing about how to deal with Tom Jones — =ho is who is he, and not the mean of some group to which we assign him. =A0
