Jeff, I thought I was to receive signed clean versions of the May,9, 2011 rental agreement, and I fear that the registrar will deny registration of the document I received by DHL this morning on the grounds that "unclear documents" may be denied registration.
Would you mind asking M to sign the clean versions?

Nordea contacted me today and asked details re purchase price;
Terje had informed Nordea that he would loan MNOK 10,and had EQY at MNOK 4,and Nordea asked me what about the MNOK 4 gap up to MNOK 18 purchase price and registrations fees.
Nordea also asked that T needed a broker to receive the funds, and remit to DnB MNOK 18 (as will probably be required by DnB) to lift the mortgage and allow M to issue a clean deed to Terje and Mona.
If there is to be some sort of sellers financing, the details need to be clear both to Nordea and to the broker and also reflected in the purchase agreement.
