Highschool Graduation/College Acceptance
Hi Jeffrey,
I'm sure my mom told you that when we went to Miami we visited my college and I never got the chance to tell you how nice it is and say thank you. I really enjoyed the day there and the counselors and staff were really nice and helpful. I realized that without the opportunities you have given me I probably wouldn't have been attending Barry U, I probably would have been driving to UVI every morning for 4-6 years. Honestly, I was a little hesitant about coming to Farragut because it's my last year of high school and I wasn't really sure about how I would fit in and about making new friends. I came here and ended up not only liking and becoming closer than I thought with my new friends but the school in general offers so much to do and so many new experiences. It hit me that the school year is coming to an end and I'm getting ready to start a new chapter in my life. Thank you for helping my mom. Thank you for helping my sister and I. Thank you for everything. I'm more excited to see my mom's face as they call my name than to actually graduate because I'll know at that moment I made her proud. As I walk across that stage, I'll not only know that I'm making my mom and dad proud but I have made you proud as well, because you have seen so much potential in me. I know you can be really busy but I would really like for you to attend my graduation. It's at Admiral Farragut Academy on May 19th, 9am.
