Saw some interesting apartments, the best house that I liked before ("sovetnik") is almost finished, 28m1n rub; I think the most luxurious house in moscow;

Another one - historic building, 18mIn (needs a reparation, at least 3/4 ml), one of the best historic buildings in moscow (build 1905);

Some great apartments on Tverskaya, 15- 18 min (depending on the sq)

I prefer sovetnik I think

Yes. I spoke to her and asked about the boyfriend (if that's ok for her to move to NY) - she said that if that's a well paid job she would be happy to travel and move. I would be careful with her.
