three separate areas

1—how do you transform an individual into the opposite sex (or portion thereof)

theoretically trivial bio-mechancal problem involving homology and sex hormones

2—why do some individuals wish to switch portions of their anatomy to the opposite sex

neither obvious theoretically nor empirically

3—what are the effects of transexuals on the desires of others—what sexual niche do they tend to occupy

most intriguing
