the overall 3 is a judgement call. If we get into 3,4 or 5 we feel it is important to discuss. So if you have any concerns, we can provide a city briefing or airport briefing. These are pretty informative an= can help you make a better decision if you choose to have secured transpor=ation for crew or pax and if you should arrange anything for the aircraft.
