Dear Jeffrey,

Sorry I've been such a poor correspondent: I'm in the middle of a rather acrimonious divorce, which has taken up a lot of time and energy that would have been much better spent on more productive things, e.g., talking with you.

Do you have time to talk one of these days? I've been looking at the membrane computing literature -- very interesting. It fits in closely with the work on chemical computation that I've been doing (similar ideas but without the membranes). Also as part of writing my book I'm working on ideas of deception and decoding at the molecular scale -- also a key to origins of life.
