My client would bid if the Reserve were set to $800,000. He did caution that he might change his mind over night. My advice would be to lower the Reserve to $800,000.

Process is silly that they elude precise=reserve to clients when that number is supposed to be confidential. Please=advise if 800k reserve is ok.
