Hi Russ ! Just a quick note t= let you know that my lawyers tell me they had a very productive call with=Cori and your outside tax lawyer today. From what I hear, they were able t= alleviate some of her key concerns (by sharing with her that I have in fact filed my personal tax returns through 2014) a=d otherwise had a good discussion about alternative structures that everyo=e thought might be viable. I hope Cori reaches out to you with a simi=ar message - I understand she told my counsel that she would think further through the various matters that were=discussed and after talking with you and Nathan that she would be back to =s.
