Hi Jeff Please find attached Levitection materials. If you find it interesting enough, I propose we have a similar arrangement to the one we had in Reporty. I believe Udi can negotiate even better terms than what they proposed (47% for 1.7M+4.0M) I feel very good with both the science & technology behind it they are all Rafael veterans. As well as with the urgent need for the product.

Dr. Levite presented the science to me in much more details. Couldn't see a product, they don't have it yet. But they're leading experts on advanced radars. Made sci-fi like achievements in military products.

If you agree, I will send Udi to negotiate better financial terms with them. Based on the same construct we used in Reporty. You or Darren, and me will be updated along the way. Then, based on what he can get we will make the final decision.
