Please s=e the attached Marrakech plan. Plot No. 1, (46,114 square) is the on= Sheikh Hamad has specially marked out for you. This plot as you can=notice, entirely faces the Golf course in the front and has only one =djacent plot to it, which will be for Shk Hamad's brother. =here are roads on both the left and right sides of the plot.

We had another option to split the plot no. 1 into two plots, =ach plot facing the golf course. However, we feel this will be much =etter for you. The buildings marked in the plot are only for prelimi=ary indication purposes. The interior designer is also ready for the=project. Shk Hamad will only charge you the cost price for the plot;=the price at which he brought the land. Additionally you will have t= pay the 6% government registration and related charges.

Designer name: Renee Tassay. I have seen one of his designed house and i= looks good. Will let you know the price once they make the calculat=ons. I think a sample designed available, but Better to pl=n your own design as per your requirements and preferences= Yes construction will start on other plots as well. Migh= take two years to complete or maybe less according to respective architec=s.

i think hamad idea is the right one. you =nd i need to design together . It will be in your family=for a LOONNGG time.

we should think of how an=arab household works. ie separate women quarters, =tc. thank you
