Dearest friends and loyal supporters of Caitlin's Team Young NYC!

Here we are again! Caitlin is still battling Crohn's—as many know, this year has been her worst yet with three surgeries and multiple hospitalizations :( She had considered sitting out the walk this year, but with all she has been through she's decided to make a homestretch push and reunite her team for the May 17 Take Steps walk across the Brooklyn Bridge—convening at the Southstreet Seaport-- to raise awareness of these diabolic diseases and support the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. You can read Caitlin's story in her own words and donate to her walk team at the following link.

Thank you for your generous support in the past! We hope to one day write a note to say "Crohn's Disease is a thing of the past!"
