The answer is it is likely we can find another vendor, but the value is lost to the details. In order for them to perform the task, we would likely have to decommission the barge and measure, then report. Then wait for the product then install.... Any gain would be lost in the details and would seem a fruitless exercise. JMO

It is my opinion that IRH should do the work.

They have the staff, tooling and sway with the boatyard and we have a warranty or at best, someone to hold accountable for the finished product.

IRH reduced their quote of 24=784.68 by 10% however now we are told that it was for parts only and did n=t include labor of 5,950 and oil disposal and replacement 650 for a total =ost of 28,906.21

Bosco believes that we are best served with IRH insta=ling and is concerned about potential down time using another vendor

Lead time 3-4 for part then down 1week for install
