David- I spoke to Hanson. Looks like we can put this together so we can open Monday morning and run it with the Chef for 4 weeks. There is a good amount of work me & my team need to do and there is obviously some risk for me. I am trusting you and Stephen and we will make it happen.

His answer is unclear. He wants out and no longer wants to be in business with you. He also stated something about WARN Act and him not giving 30 days written notice to the staff. That reason makes little sense to me. I asked him why the rush, he said it is not a rush. You & he have been having a dispute for months. He would not elaborate.
I am doing this to help you & The life Hotel. I have little to gain but I am willing and able to do it for at least 4 weeks.
Think might be better if I have a conversation with them U mind if I have a contact - advise them I'm calling And if I can get them to start ASAP - you ready to sign their contract now - ?

I am working on the needed document for someone to be the Restauraut Mgr with a SLA lawyer - fill in the name is easy - will have this master doc for tomorrow Your contract might not work but can review this at meeting I need to finalize with. Mark if he can do this - waiting on his call If a go then lots you think to do might not be needed for the next 4 weeks- so transition is much easier - quicker - better for sales - easier for Marc to get going But I need mark to Cfm with me first
