review wong info , review tax returns back to 07 to verify numbers are correct as well as match what is actually on returns.

prepare 1040x s for all years from 07. till current for each person , prepare edit and review pwc and deloitte letters. to accompany filings. ie reassonable.

once we see what they look like. decide filings. karp and fenn to coordiante with family offices. THNX

find the person that has had dealings with the irs delinquent program.

If kathy wong comes back and says: "disclosure only; numbers fine" how do we (Idb office) verify that they got applied into returns properly....tom has a vested interest in rubber stamping; rj is esoteric, convoluted and can invent problems....probably inappropriate for someone new like EY. I assume tom since he's the best we got. Thgts?
