Broad Strokes -

• Sept 6th: Decommissioning of Evaporation Pond starts
• Sept 10th - 18th: Vacation B & K
• Sept 18th - 24th: Microwave Link Installation
• Start researching for a new couple

We will fly down to STT on Friday October 7th, get settled in 8th-9th, hitting LS1 on Monday 10th, leaving Friday 9th December, noting given the scope of work that is required we believe it will be unlikely that we will get everything completed. Over that time we will need to return Zorro, which we will do separately.

We have spoken to Anna & over this period we propose that we work as a 3 person management team. Plan to hit the tunnel & workshops first, will need a truck & a small crew of 4, including Dupson as crew chief, so we have someone who can operate heavy machinery. Over this period we will review staffing, job responsibilities and the operation of the 2 Islands. We would prefer to stay off Island, will work with Rich regarding accommodation.
