Sorry for the delay. As Diane indicated, I have been traveling extensively while determining how best to organize ourselves for this effort. In fact, we just held a Board meeting to assess our resources and capacity. Unfortunately, it is clear that we are overcommitted at this time and not in a position to take on this assignment. We manage our workload to ensure the level of service and quality our clients expect and recognize that we are not able to make that commitment to Jeffrey and his project. We regret not being able to work on Great St. James. It is an extraordinary opportunity and wish Jeffrey every success in its development.
