The bathtub is an allowance=its only in France and there is a long lead time of 10 weeks. Maybe we can a=k the designer to come up with one more accessible

Painting number includes all the antiquing of the gold trim on 1st and 2nd f=oors skimming the walls after they take off the trim and repainting all She=trock areas on 1st and 2nd stair halls and base painting bathroom ceiling

The site maintenance is the protection price for entry foyer, stair hall and=upstairs it was the only number i had to negotiate harder but its a lot of w=rk

They are saying 8 weeks to give themselves a buffer there is definitely 2 we=ks in protecting and putting up and taking down scaffold

I will make sure it gets done in 6

does=it include the scaffold in the bathroom? not sure why so heavy i= supervisoni it is only painters.

Yes includes scaffolding in bathroom and pr=ming bathroom ceiling
