The bathtub is an allowance its only in France and there is a=long lead time of 10 weeks. Maybe we can ask the designer to come up with =ne more accessible

The site maintenance is the protection price for entry foyer, stair hall an= upstairs it was the only number i had to negotiate harder but its a lot o= work

They are saying 8 weeks to give themselves a buffer there is definitely 2 w=eks in protecting and putting up and taking down scaffold

I will make sure it gets done in 6

do i understand that to paint two walls in the entry hall and prime=the ceiling in the bath is 100k

The walls in the stairway are all being skimcoate= and leveled to level 5 the take the paint
