Good morning JP. I just wanted to forward on some more photos of the a=ount of the debris we are talking about that washed up on the beach and wh= Mr. Epstein was requesting the use of a small excavator. Much of the debr=s is heavy and dirty and has sharp edges.

after conferring with the commissioner earlier today, a small, rubber•ti=ed machine (like a small bobcat) may be used to assist in the removal of d=bris from the shoreline. only non•organic material may be removed fr=m the beach (paper, plastic, metal, glass, other); no naturally existing cover may be removed (rocks, boulders= sand, vegetation).
