Term Sheet changes:
Compensation:
Benefits Base Salary of $160,000 per Year--Raise to $200,000
Clinical Supplement of $400,000 per Year—Raise to $440,000
Administrative Supplement - $25,000 —Raise to $40,000
Total Compensation of $585,000 per Year--Raise to $680,000
- You can earn additional compensation at the end of each calendar year if you personally have generated more than $1,000,000 in collections. You will receive 50% of collections above $1,000,000. --Change to Gross collections
Mount Sinai to cover all office expenses.
The Mount Sinai academic title will be Professor of Urology, clinical title will be Director of Microsurgery (Urology)
I very much appreciate the offer, we are not very far apart, what I would suggest is the following.
Compensation:
Benefits Base Salary of $200,000 per Year
Clinical Supplement of $440,000 per Year
Administrative Supplement - $40,000
Total Compensation of $680,000 per Year
To be clear Mount Sinai has agreed to cover all office expenses.
The Mount Sinai academic title will be Professor of Urology, clinical title will be Director of Microsurgery (Urology)
