I cannot work on the merits of this issue for you because The Palm Beach Post is a current client of mine and the ethical rules therefore prohibit me from being adverse to them. As you may know, I communicated my thoughts to Jack about the strategy for opposing the Motion to Unseal filed by the Plaintiffs before The Palm Beach Post moved to intervene and to unseal. Now that they have done so, I cannot participate in formulating a strategy against The Palm Beach Post.
