Wire payment has been received and processed; many thanks!!
We now need to purchase the insurance within 14 business days of payment date (which was May 29th). I will need the following in order to purchase the insurance and finalize the arrangements:
• Personal Information Form (one each from)
- Assumption of Risk (one each from Mattie)
• Trip Waiver (one each from)
• Credit card authorization form for payment of insurance
I also need to know if you would like for me to process your Kenya visas. If so, I need the following from both
• Kenya Visa Application
• Passport (signed, valid for 6 months after your scheduled return, with at least 2 blank visa pages)
• $70 per person for visa fees
