Since today is Memorial Day in USA, you may not get this till Tuesday....the day of my operation.

I am at the airport now on my way to Brussels and on to Ghent.

I had a sensational time at the festival...saw all the films I needed to see caw all the executives and directors that can hire me...And accomplished a great deal.

My diary has been cut back to four pages from ten last year, which a hugh relief because there were no big stars in Cannes this year- except for Brad and Angelina...

I have plenty to write about....and my deadline is Friday...and will write it in Ghent....

send more info to you later- boarding now-Once again you have absolutely changed my life....so let's just hope I can walk after the new second hip...to enjoy it! I will

On the way to the hospital right now to be sliced and diced up. Doctor said there is less deterioration of my hip on left side. Is that the good news?
