I was able to book a flight to St. Thomas on 5/26/09 arriving at 1:45 pm on Delta, departing 5/28/09 at 4:00 pm. Also, Brice Gordon called and is sending the base information. the vision is romantic.. however the climate is not the peaceful tropical, that it first appears.. the wind is constant and the sun is brutal„ because its an island the irrigation is by reverse osmosis„ so quite expensive.. i need land sculpting. views places to relax, NO entertaining„ no more than ten people at any one time.. no parties, events public access.. PRIVATE PRIVATE PRIVATE.. not a lot of loca talent so matinence needs to be simple. rocks. hardscape, roads. natural elements.. NO sculpture garden. Dropoffpoint. or clubhouse. atvs are the mode of transport, but i would like hiking trails, cart paths and truck roads.. like we did in new albany , a excercise type ofhikes, steep , even dirt igsariggys for excercise. I really am excited about your trip. Give all your details toad and we are obvioulsy picking up all costs.

an arrival sequencethat does not appear commercial, and a land reorgainzation for the top of the hill would be a priority. I have insight„ I want to make the arrival pleasant but not visually outstaanding as i DO NOT want to attract attention or unwanted guests
