Hello, Jeffrey. I hope that you are well and doing well. Sorry I have not been in touch, I;ve been busier than ever (and when we failed to connect some weeks ago, I dropped the ball). I'm about to go on a series of trips (greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Malaysia, UK) and will essentialy be away til the second week of July. I hope— if I were a praying man, I'd pray-- that you will be back in full circulation and full civilization by that time, and then we can get together in NYC, Cambridge, or elsewhere. Meanwhile, you have most of your burden behind you, and that should feel good.
