Re: Mechanical budget revised

We are currently working on scope and budget for the steel alternate building as per your request. We have the Engineer coming on Tuesday to review the condition of the hill.

We will have a new budget for the generator and RO build out next week which should satisfy future demand and leave room for integration of steel or other options.

Please approve the revised previously approved budget on the Mechanical building.

This is the existing budget reworked to more accurately represent the work done and completion of scope -Same as we did for the Office Pavilion.

Revised budget: $2,012,685.05

I will report to you for approvals on Trade line items — ONLY if they go over Budget.

Emad will monitor Budget as firewall against budget breach.

Please find attached revised Original approved budget — same as I sent you last Friday — with Paid to date as per yesterday and including Newman & Moll which you approved and will be posted today. Note : we are still carrying $709,500 in their Budget line item rather than their buy out number of 689,000.00 because there will be extra work needed to terminate the existing building if we do not proceed with the next phase, whichwe will present to you later this week, as I mentioned below. Please review this existing budget presented for your approval
