RE: The Duchess

Amanda from the Duchess' office and never connected yesterday to discuss flights....Amanda said you very kindly offered to pay for The Duchess to come and see you and would like to run this schedule by you:

Depart Heathrow Sun. July 26 at I :40pm arrive Miami at 5:45pm.

Fly from PB to NY on MOnday July 27th (at whatever time you think is appropriate)

Then fly from JFK to Heathrow on Thurs. July 30th on the 10:30pm flight.

Amanda said the princesses would like to accompany the Duchess and she is wondering if you might be willing to pay for them as well (in economy is fine, Amanda said) Since is traveling today, would you like me to handle the booking of this trip? Or would you prefer to have do it upon her arrival in Maine? Also, Can you please advise around what time you would like the Duchess to depart PB on Monday July 27th?
