RE.Gary Kerney agreement with Landmark Land Company, Inc
Effective July 20th Gary will work full time for the island.LSJ will reimburse Landmark for his all in salary costs plus island expenses.

I will be on island the 20th thru the 30th of July, and stay in a condo and rent a car. I'll be back on island the 17'" of aug., by then Jeffrey thinks the house that Dave is in will be available and should have a car for our use by then.
Stephen's terms for his planning work is, LSJ will reimburse Landmark his all in salary plus expences, approx. four months.
