We need to process your visa in the next month. This can take 2 — 3 weeks to complete so please send along the following as soon as you arc able so that we can start the process:

• S70 per person payment (I will charge this to your visa card)

• Kenya Visa Application - completed and signed (attached)

• Your passport, valid for 6 months after your return, signed and with at least 2 blank visa pages

• 2 passport photos

Jeffrey- I spoke to stephanie this morning and site is looking into travel insurance- I told her I had dr. Bernie Kruger to help us if needed....she is contacting the lodges and insurance to postpone trip to Oct. Nov is rainy season....peg

Dear Peggy, Jeffrey & Gary,

I have spoken with the insurance company and unfortunately they do allow for cancellation due to any type of mental illness or diagnosis.

I will contact all of the properties to see if we are able to apply any or all of the trip cost towards a future trip. I hope to have confirmation and terms for you in the morning.
