Arran informed us today that Jason Drew, has tendered his resignation, effective 9/21/09.

Jason has been offered a position with Matt Mahaffey's company, at $16.00 an hour, $2.00 above Jason's present hourly rate.

Jason has heavy machinery skits, is well respected amongst his peers and we would consider him a valued employee.

For Your Consideration:

• 1: Accept his resignation and try an employee a replacement of his skill level

• 2: Offer Jason another $2.00 an hour, noting that there is no doubt that this information will get to the rest of the crews
