I just spoke with and she told me that she turned off all utilities (cable, internet and electricity) from her name as of 6/30/09. She said that was handling the future payments. Bella and I have not seen any bills or paid anything in the last two months.

She left no instructions or building contacts and nobody here or in the office knows what she did
