We cordially invite you to attend the Gathering 4 Gardner 9, which will be held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Downtown Atlanta and nearby venues.
Events will begin at 6pm Wednesday evening, 24 March 2010 ("Bar Bets, Cons, and Science Experiments"), and will conclude at 6pm Sunday, 28 March 2010.
IMPORTANT: Since space is limited, we're requesting a response whether or not you think you will attend. Positive responders will receive formal invitations. You can respond by replying to this email, or by registering at www.g4g9.com usemame: g4g9 password: 9lives
Registrations can also be mailed in after the formal invitations, but you must respond to this email to be mailed one. Payment can now be received through the website or by returning the formal invitation later.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Ritz-Carlton at a group rate of $165.00 per night, further details are available on the website.
As always we welcome your suggestions for conference logos and ideographs.
