I have discussed work scope & schedule with Gary and here is where we are on:
1. Kite House - revised plans with pool will be complete by November 6, 2009 CZM permit March 2010 Construction complete June 2010
2. Office Sitework & Landscape - Construction underway & to be complete by April I, 2010
3. Fire Pit & Tiki Deck - Plans complete
CZM permit March 2010
Construction complete May 2010
