The buyer? Gerald Berkman of Boca Raton, Florida, who appears on Bernard Medoff's victim list. The 2BR, 2.5BA apartment, which looks out onto the gardens of the Frick Museum, hit the market asking $1.7 million in December. It sold for $1.4 million after one PriceChop.
