RE: From Frank McKinney, 12.1.10
Good Morning Jeffrey,
I wanted to share some time-sensitive information regarding Acqua Liana and 700 S. Ocean (5.57 acres/520' of direct ocean-to-Intracoastal vacant land).
In the event we do not secure a contract for purchase and sale between now and January 1, 2010, we will be significantly reducing the price of Acqua Liana from $29 million to $24.3 million. The new price of $24.3 million would represent between $1.2-$1.7 million below current appraised value (as you know, we have two recent appraisals, one for $25.5 million, the other for $26 million). We will also be reducing the price of 700 S. Ocean from $34.3 million to $32.9 million. $32.9 million is $10 million less than the initial offering price.
As you have expressed an interest in Acqua Liana and/or 700 S. Ocean, I wanted to let you know before the new $24.3 million and $32.9 million prices are made public so that you might take advantage of this substantial reduction.
