bob critten is going to pare down the lawsuit to only suing edwards rothstein and tatum. maybe jennc, the others will be in the complaint but not parties. we should be ready to file by monday night.

Good. It can easily be expanded if good information is discovered. This is the way to go because once the discovery begins to come out, it will be hard for Bob to contain it. Plus, Bill Berger will sing like a bird.
