Just heard from an insider that they will probably go into foreclosure ...the deal is done and dead....building is complete ready to open in Feb Only 30%/ 35% sold...hardly any can actually close.

Not sure if this is interesting....can have you talk to the developer (Sapir) Hope all is well....
