Ha- you must have sent that one while I was drafting yours. Right now our operational losses are about 100k, but that does not include the cost of rent- and other things attached to the property. Gene doesn't charge us rent, but at some point- the entity has to figure out a way to do that or buy the property. Gene is tight-lipped about how much overall... right now our budget is so tight we do not do the necessary capital improvements and marketing etc. I can do my best to get a number but I am really not sure
