As far as ideas that I think are fun and curious:
What is the difference between yoga and exercise and should earthlings do more yoga and less exercise to live longer healthier lives?
Anti aging and youth endocrinology seems interesting. Stem cell facials and bio-identical hormones have a real following and seem to work. What is the spectrum of anti aging endocrinology?
We spend lots of money trying to communicate with other planets. Its unclear if there is anyone else out there and if they even care. On the other hand, whales dolphins lemurs and other animals are trying really hard to communicate with us. What are they saying? Do they have collctive memory or are humans the only ones? Migrating birds seem to know something?
Where are we at with "modem" imaging? I think we should press the boundaries of magnetics and spectroscopy and see what we can do. For example a heated or cooled body might respond differently to magnetic fields or submerging a region of interest in water or superdense fluid during imaging may bring out very faint signals not othe
very interesting.. more importantly„ why do women confuse knowing facts with knowledge they are good at trivila pursuit but not theory or laws// you want to rasie your questions to a higher level of organization.. instead of honeybees dying, why does anything die.?

I do think men and women are very different but i think that the way classify them, based on physical or genetic charateristics just stupid. I really believe it is in the neurochemistry. Hey that's another thing to think about...that I think about a lot - but is has to do with the imaging stuff below.
No one has ever been able to image neurochemicals. They can do tracking of glucose or hemoglobin when they tag it with radioactive stuff or just track basic time of flight (vascular). The neurochemicals exist mostly in synapses and occasionally elsewhere but they are so short acting (their effect is long). We can't even capture neurochemicals in spinal fluid, we have to use metabolites (which tell you very little because they will be metabolized even if they are not used = shelf life).
I think I know how we can. Nuclear magnetic spectroscopy. Why not. Too much to type.
