Wow! Last night you showed everyone how to give a fun and interesting dinner party. You have picked up where Nan Kempner left ofTin the casual way you mixed the British and the Americans.

I was honored to be seated next to Mr. Astor. If all my dinner partners for the rest of my life were as charming and witty as he is, I would be in heaven. I also enjoyed great stories from bob C. about white house state dinners from Jackie O. to Michelle O.

As we left the lovely Carlisle dining room, David and I were complimenting your collection of friends. Only YOU could get them ALL in one room. Many thanks for including us. have a relaxing time in the DR. jk
