we would like to proceed with option nr.2 without a guarantor. So please let me know how we move on from here. I will fax you all our papers from work today and I hope we can agree on the amount below and meet to sign a one year contract as soon as possible.

3 months security deposit = 7200 dollar 1st months rent = 2400 dollar Processing fee = 300 dollar

Total amount that you want up front = 9900 dollar

As you can see per below Danny decided to request 4 months security deposit instead of three, which brings our total to 312,300 instead of $9,900. Would it be possible for you to lend us $7,000 instead of $5,000?
