Thank you for thinking and following up.
Sam contacted your friend about the meeting and she suggested that he could meet some people that work for hire involved in dealing with stylists, as she is not around for few days.
Sam replied that he would rather wait and meet her in person first. Sam is having some photo shoot on Monday and n Tuesday he will be in Seattle for few days. Thus he will contact her again by the week end and schedule something for the following week.
Any suggestion?

I agree. I think next time that you and him are in NYC is March 3-5 or so.
I know that you arc having Peter and guests at that time. If you have time let Sam know.
Sam is arriving to Seattle tomorrow night. Perhaps it is easier that he calls you directly one of these days and you schedule something that works for you.
BTW - Sam found some talent for you!
