Larry and I spoke this morning, he mentioned he was going to your house but apparently didn't see you. I am sure from reading the emails you can see my doubts about this buyer from the other broker. Regarding the deal Sikorsky offered to you. I personally think it could be fine tuned and either meet or be close to your goal. Also naturally 750 is not sold but there is activity. The Sikorsky offer is incredible and fully refundable if you can not come to terms in April. Naturally I am wearing my sales hat but I think with a little time this could turn a nice profit for you and all could occur while your deposit remains refundable. Sikorsky deal needs time to fix, everything is moving fast. I urge you to give them the deposit, you will not regret it , in my opinion
