Trust this finds you in good shape! You were looking fabulous when I saw you last.

I just had dinner with Tom and Margot in Chicago. I brought John (who is, by the way, only a friend -- a lonely, brilliant guy writing about loneliness, is more fun as an intellectual playmate vs. anything beyond that).

Anyhow, Tom mentioned that he had just seen you. We got to talking about transitions, and I suggested that we pull together a little retreat -- Tom and Margot Barnaby me Bill Berkman (and maybe his wife, if she's interested to join) Nick P.

and find a mutually agreeable place that you can easily get to (Santa Fe place could be terrific), and have 2-4 days of play and talking, brainstorming

What do you think? Any other thoughts on who, where, calendar?

Great if or Lesley can send me available/preferred date windows between now and the end of the year. OR, send blackout dates and let me know you're doing it that way.

Also -- Tom and Margot offered their farm. Would you prefer Santa Fe or the farm or the Caribbean or somewhere else?
