How do you divide up property that is not worth mortgage?
all these things suggest to me better to wait till I get some debts under control and mortgage is paid down a bit.. then I can make clean break and just give her $/month
anyway will talk.. looking forward to seeing you soon in Arizona.. and sometime going on a trip where we can take a long walk and not just grab a few minutes on the phone.. too many interesting things left undiscussed
