don't freak out

I just sat for 2 hours with my real estate agent going through my purchaser's application package. She said the mgmt. company will not accept my package without a notarized gift letter. I tried to convince her otherwise but she said we can't get around it. will you please write a letter stating that the 50K is a gift and have it notarized? Kathy/
