I am very disturbed by the unreliability of 750 to date. the radars have been replaced twice already , and my last trip had to be canceled due to a smoking radar. I believe I have been accomodating to date. The price sheet on the D model obviously had numbers attached that were incorrect. along with the 90k carpet quote for 750, the 75k pilot slot. The numbers seem fluid at best. I assume with you on vacation that there is someone above you that is now watching the ship„ can you please forward that name and contact info to me.

I am traveling on business (not vacation) and keeping in close touch with ongoing events. Responses wil, at most, be delayed by 8 to 10 hours due to the time difference. Howard has the full attention of those working on the pricing and I will be checking in with him to ensure things are moving appropriately. On the support side, I think our best folks are already in close contact with Larry, but I will be speaking with their leadership to ensure attention there as well.
