Marc, Jeffrey wanted me to fwd the contract I received dated April 21, 2009 that has your signature, which included WAAS (LPV approach and XM weather (Nexrad) as un qualified items as stated in your latest contract pricing. price as you listed on the contract dated 8/21109 is $12,120,000.00 to include WAAS & XM weather. Thank you Larry. This certainly appears to point to an error in my note of yesterday summarizing price derivation. It may. however, be my mistake in explaining the price and not a mistake in the price build-up that was actually used to derive the 12.4. If there is an error, we will fix it.
